Protocol description

1. Within the scope permitted by law, HTACK formulates, publishes, and maintains these Terms of Service; and provides services to customers in accordance with the relevant terms and rules of this document.

 

2. This agreement (contract) applies to HTACK and users. Individuals and legal entities who order HTACK’s products or services are users.

 

3. When you purchase HTACK's products or services, you must agree to these Terms of Service; if you have purchased HTACK's products or services and completed payment, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service.

 

4. These terms of service are like written terms signed and sealed by the customer, and have the same legal effect on both the user and HTACK.

 

5. HTACK reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modifications, additions or deletions to these Terms will be effective immediately upon updating this page.

 

Article 1 User Information and Privacy Protection

1. You should provide corresponding identification and other information in a timely manner according to HTACK's requirements for services, otherwise HTACK has the right to refuse to provide relevant services to you;

 

2. The user information you fill in is true and accurate, which ensures that HTACK will contact you through the contact information you filled in;

 

3. Users need to properly keep their user accounts and bear full responsibility for all activities and events conducted on the accounts;

 

4. User agrees and authorizes: Based on the importance of products and services, HTACK maintains contact and communication with customers and handles emergencies through the user information it provides, including but not limited to email, instant messaging, etc.;

 

5. Any user information submitted on this website will only be used by us to provide users with a more efficient and high-quality service experience. HTACK promises and guarantees the confidentiality of user information and customer privacy, and will destroy data when necessary.

 

Acts prohibited by Article 2

The services provided by HTACK are only allowed to be used within the legal scope. HTACK will not be responsible for the behavior of customers using HTACK's services.

 

All products/services provided by HTACK prohibit the following behaviors:

 

1. Violations of U.S. laws;

 

2. Placing Trojans, viruses, hackers, pornography, fraud, private servers, plug-ins, gambling, gambling supplies, imitation sites, eavesdropping, crossbows and firearms, imitation brand websites, threats of violence, harassment content, inciting hatred/violence, and others Any content that violates local country laws;

 

3. Install VPN or SS or any other network transfer proxy service for sale or sharing;

 

4. Unless you have obtained permission from the author or the law, you may not copy copyrighted music, software, books, or others in any other way;

 

5. Send emails without the permission of the recipient (spam);

 

6. Any behavior that may cause HTACK to suffer network retaliation or affect other users;

 

After verification and confirmation by HTACK, if the user engages in the above behavior, we will have the right to carry out processing including but not limited to the following: request deletion, suspension of service, suspension of service, submission to relevant law enforcement agencies, etc.

 

Article 3 Internet Abuse

HTACK will not allow, condone or authorize any form of network abuse, including but not limited to denial of service attacks, phishing, port scanning, SYN flooding, etc.

 

HTACK has full rights to decide what constitutes network abuse and whether to notify customers in advance and take appropriate actions.

 

You may not use HTACK's services to perform any illegal activities, including but not limited to:

 

1. Any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerabilities of the system or network;

 

2. Interfere with any user or service, or the normality of the network, including but not limited to, mail bombing, flooding, intentional overloading of systems and broadcast attacks;

 

3. Password blasting/hijacking, security vulnerability scanning and port scanning;

 

4. Use the network unreasonably and cause interference to other users.

 

Article 4 Disclaimer

Users who use the HTACK server to carry out business activities should have permission or approval from the relevant departments of the country where they are located, and are prohibited from publishing content that infringes on the legal rights (including intellectual property rights) of others. However, HTACK has no obligation to review whether users have compliance permissions. Any economic/political/legal disputes and other issues arising from users' business activities shall be resolved by the users themselves and shall bear all responsibilities. Users must agree that if the above events occur, HTACK will not be responsible or liable for this or to third parties.

 

Article 5 Payment, Arrears and Refunds

1. Users need to apply for business renewal in advance. When the business expires, the customer's business will face the risk of service suspension, business cancellation, and data loss;

 

2. Once the product expires, your account will be suspended or deleted. We have the right to delete service data without notifying the customer. We do not assume any responsibility for the resulting data loss;

 

3. If the user is in arrears for more than 3 days, HTACK will have the right to charge a certain percentage of late payment fees;

 

4. All HTACK products/services, including but not limited to independent servers, domain names, and services, do not support refunds.

 

Article 6 Data Security Backup

1. Since computer hard drives and storage devices are mechanical objects, even in a hardware RAID10 environment, there is no guarantee that there will be no failures 100%. Therefore, users are responsible for their own data security, and we strongly recommend users to perform regular data backups;

 

2. HTACK does not assume liability for data loss due to hardware failure or customer abuse, but we will fully assist customers in recovering data and solving problems. If customer data is lost due to operational errors by our staff or other reasons, we will actively negotiate with users to restore the data and provide users with a satisfactory solution depending on the specific situation.

 

Article 7 Compensation Clause

Users have the right to request corresponding compensation from us for downtime, data loss, etc. due to operational errors by our staff. Losses caused by the following reasons do not fall within the scope of our compensation:

 

1. When performing server configuration, upgrade, and maintenance, service needs to be interrupted for a short period of time;

 

2. Due to channel blockage on the Internet, user website access speed decreases;

 

3. Losses and impacts caused by violation of these Terms of Service;

 

4. Incidents caused by hacker issues, technical adjustments in the telecommunications sector, and government regulations;

 

5. Due to force majeure factors such as political changes, wars and other social events, and natural disasters such as weather and earthquakes.

 

Article 8 Discounts and Price Adjustments

Based on market and product changes and event promotion needs, HTACK will launch various discounts from time to time, including appropriate price adjustments. HTACK reserves all rights to make discounts and adjust prices. When product prices change, they are only applicable to new orders and cannot be applied to existing orders and current businesses. HTACK reserves the right to modify the product system and prices at any time without notifying users.

 

Article 9 Dispute Resolution Methods

1. For controversial content, including but not limited to any complaints about DDOS attacks, politics, obscene information, intellectual property rights, etc., we will communicate with the tenant and actively resolve it, and decide whether to suspend or terminate its service based on the actual situation; if If the problem cannot be solved after communication, or if it occurs repeatedly, we have the right to terminate the service to the user without refund;

 

2. In response to problems in the computer room and lines, including access delays, packet drops, inaccessibility and other unstable situations caused by domestic and foreign network operators, HTACK will assist in providing analysis evidence and will not compensate or refund for this. We will fully cooperate with the network operator to assist and solve the problem in a short time.

 

Article 10 Accounts and other contents

1. All products and services are deemed to be used by the purchaser of the service, and multiple people are not allowed to share the same account or one natural person has multiple accounts;

 

2. The account balance can be used to consume all HTACK products, and the member account balance cannot be withdrawn;

 

3. All prices on the website are excluding tax;

 

4. The recommendation plan is a recommendation from one natural person to another natural person. If we find that we have recommended ourselves, we have the right to clear your recommendation information.
